Agora Technologies Group
GHM is a subsidiary of Agora Technologies group, who also owns Eclatec (luminaires), Metalec (luminaires, electrical components, and metal working) and Fontes d'Art de Dommartin (home equipment for individuals).
Agora Technologies is a French group based in Haute-Marne ; originally producing foundry equipment for urban realm.
Currently the group employs 750 people (average work force numbers) who are spread out between the different trades and activities.
• GHM has been manufacturing street lighting equipment and street furniture in its Sommevoire plant (Haute-Marne) since more than 180 years. From the outset, the company was involved in prestige projects (street lighting on the Champs-Elysées, the Alexandre III bridge, Guimard metro entrances, etc.) in France and in many capital cities across the world. Beyond these classic items, it has succeeded in positioning complete and consistent collections of much more contemporary cast-iron, aluminium and steel lighting and street furniture.
In the past few years GHM has stood out through the design and production of cast iron line support masts to power trams and railway lines.
ECLATEC and METALEC
• ECLATEC has been known for its production of street lighting since 1927. Its reputation of being able to master light and its application to urban lighting extends well beyond France.
On its Maxéville site (Meurthe et Moselle region of France) it has high performance design and test resources as well as an assembly capacity that is known for its high reactivity.
The arrival of LED technology over the past few years has given the business the opportunity to express its creativity. Its solutions have been widely approved by their users.
In addition to these resources, METALEC (in Mirecourt in the Vosges region of France), its sister company, manufactures sub-assemblies, brackets and luminaires.

• Les Fontes d’Art de Dommartin (in Dommartin le Franc, Haute-Marne region of France) designs and sells garden equipment (fountains, furniture, vases and bowls, lighting) and interior equipment (fireplace utensils) for private use.
