Light columns :
Indicate, mark...
The GHM specific bollard and column line fulfils various functions: separation of traffic lanes, protection of reserved areas, retractable bollards, pedestrian routes (sizing and - for certain models - disabled standard lighting), building signage, site materialisation, power distribution, pedestrian zone lighting, etc. Of course, GHM bollards and columns fulfil their purpose, but at the same time they can take on contemporary shapes and moods, sometimes from the pen of famous designers, harmoniously accompanying city perspectives.
Finishes and colours
All GHM products are carefully prepared before the final coating is applied. Surface preparation: Cast iron: zinc coating (NF EN ISO 2063 standard) / Aluminium: phosphating passivating / Steel: hot dip galvanisation (NF EN ISO 1461), zinc coating (NF EN ISO 2063) / Certified origin timber: varnish sanding, sanding, drying and application of paint or surface treatment. Coating: cast iron, aluminium, steel: application of a polyester thermosetting powder coat in RAL shades. The STRIUM technique is used to give momentum to certain steel elements (base of the TEASER column).
Materials
The GHM column collection uses materials that have a reputation for withstanding city wear and tear: grey or ductile cast iron, or steel.
